| About Elayna |
In November of 2004, Elayna Fernandez became a single and sole parent to her then 1 and 2 year old daughters. Elayna found herself stuck: pain, uncertainty, lack of resources and no support group.
Through intentional and positive parenting, Elayna was able to find and maintain a job and later start her own business from home. She's a best-selling author, International keynote speaker, award-winner Guerrilla Positioning Strategist and proud home educator to her 8 and 9 year old girls. |

In 2009, her grandfather's death motivated Elayna to start a movement of motivation for mothers. "I wanted to continue his legacy of being a light and a catalyst to others" says Elayna of following in the steps of her mentor. The Positive Mommies Network was born. This network gathered moms from all continents sharing, learning and teaching each other life lessons and life skills, connecting to "raise positive children."
The network's success inspired Elayna to go even further: create an organization that would provide parents with access to programs, tools and resources focused on strengthening the family.
Elayna is a strong proponent of the nurturing role of mothers and their everlasting influence in their children. She highly promotes character education at home. It is her belief that teaching positive principles brings fulfillment, happiness and success at home.
Elayna's motto is "you can't share what you don't have." Parents are called to lead by example. She expresses that "motherhood is a place of growth" and that personal growth "comes from having an open mind to learn, an open heart to love and intentional partnerships with others." |
